One of our buyers has written this letter and asked me to post it.

Hello,

Our names are Jo Anne and Mike Dawson. We are retired and live in North Vancouver. Our daughter and her family live in Sunshine Hills.
We spend much of our time travelling to Delta to spend time with them and now that our Grandchildren are both in school it becomes more difficult to see them. Our Daughter and Son-in-law would like us to move closer to them and we love Sunshine Hills. We have been looking at houses for some time and the process has helped us narrow the field so we are pretty clear on what kind of home would suit our needs.
We are looking for a Rancher house with at least three bedrooms all on the ground floor and possibly a full or partial basement, which could be used for storage, workshop, play area etc. Although there are many homes that come available for sale, most have two stories and we do not want to cope with stairs on a regular basis.
