• Townhomes and Detached homes number of sales show positive gains and prices remain stable compared to October
• Benchmark price for detached homes in all Fraser Valley is $532,086 UP +5.4% from November 2010
North Delta• Number of Sales comparable to November 2010
• Active Listings down -4.6% from October
• Benchmark price is $538,747, down -2.3% from October but up 7,8% from $499,693 November 2010.
