Secondary Suites in Delta - Be Informed!
DELTA SECONDARY SUITES - Registration and Important information - As of January 31, 2012 all suites in Delta require registration, inspection and final occupancy permit. It is not enough to just be paying the extra utility bill, this is a separate process. If you are looking for a property with a suite or to put a suite in, this is information you should know NOW prior to buying.
